1. Who we are

AI Launch (https://ailaunch.dev) is a launch platform for AI products, operated by Kashif Nazir Khan, Street 1, I-14/2, Islamabad 44000, Pakistan ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google or GitHub. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Listings

You may submit AI products you built (maker) or found (hunter). You confirm that your listing is accurate and that you have the right to use its name, logo, screenshots and text. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote and share it on and around the site.

We may edit, reschedule or remove listings that are not AI products, are misleading, infringe others' rights, or are spam, illegal or harmful.

4. Community rules

No vote manipulation (fake accounts, vote exchanges, paid or automated votes), spam, harassment, or impersonation. Votes and comments that break these rules may be removed and the account suspended.

5. Plans and payments

Free plan: launches are queued; giving community upvotes and a comment on other launches moves your launch to the next day, as described on the pricing page. Instant plan: a one-time payment of $19 USD per launch lets you pick your launch date and gives your listing a dofollow website link. It is not a subscription.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which handles billing, taxes and invoices. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase. Paying never buys votes or ranking; ranking is decided by community upvotes only.

6. Refunds

Instant launches can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, as set out in our refund policy (/refund).

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee traffic, votes, rankings, search-engine results or uptime. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
