Who is responsible

What we collect

Account data: when you sign in with Google or GitHub we receive your name, email address and profile picture.

Content: products, images, comments, upvotes and likes you submit, which are public on the site (your email is never shown).

Usage: to count visitors we store a one-way hash of your IP address, browser and month. We cannot reverse it to identify you, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Payments: Paddle processes your payment details. We only receive confirmation of the order, never your card data.

Cookies

We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in. No analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we use it (legal bases)

To provide your account and listings (contract), to prevent spam and abuse and keep the site secure (legitimate interest), and to meet tax and accounting obligations for purchases (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

Only service providers that run the site: Cloudflare (hosting), our database host (Neon), Google/GitHub (sign-in), Paddle (payments, merchant of record), and Anthropic (only the website URL and page content you ask our AI auto-fill to read). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Account data and content are kept until you delete your account or ask us to. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing iamkashifcs@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
